Stage 12

Another full day of about 6.5 hours across the southern highlands toward Usciolu. Rocky paths continue but the landscape opens into rolling maquis and grassland.

Refuge d'Usciolu sits on a high pass with wide views. One of the more exposed refuges - mist and wind are common even in summer.
